The Psychology of Winning Denis Waitley The 10 Qualities of a Total Winner Quality 1:   Positive Self-Expectancy  "Life is a self fulfilling prophecy. True winners go into every event expecting to win." Basically what this quote means is that you should expect highly of yourself. You should push yourself to the limit, and feel positive about it. You should always push yourself to the limit because it will make you happy. In order to be a winner, you have to remain positive when you don't.You need to always be positive too through the tough times, always be humble. You need to be a CTR 24/7 person, positivity will come to you naturally. Quality 2:  Positive Self-Motivation  "True winners dig deep and find motivation inside themselves to get through that tough task or to learn a new skill." I agree with this quote by Denis Waitley because it is very true. Even in bad situations, you should try your best to keep a positive outlook.M

When you catch yourself lying, throw your mouth into reverse. Talk to yourself. Treat yourself when you tell the truth. The 10 tips for being more truthful will help me stay on the path of CTR 24/7. You need to start off with a commitment to tell the truth, so you know that you promised yourself that. If you tell someone about your commitment, they can help you reach the goal you are aiming for. Before you think of a dishonest answer, remember telling the truth is always better than telling a lie. One lie will just lead to another, then you'll just be stuck in a bunch of lies.
